Landscape Maintenance Services

Sequoia Landscape Services is proud to offer a diverse range of landscaping services from “one off” landscaping services to regularly scheduled seasonal landscape services.
 

 

Spring/Fall Cleanup – As the name suggests, this is a thorough full yard clean-up service intended to ready the yard for use during the spring through early fall season, and then to ready the yard for the winter months. This service can be designed “alle carte” – where you choose the specific activities you would like us to perform from the list at the bottom of the page.

Garden Maintenance – If you like to keep your garden looking manicured, but just don’t have the time to pinch, prune, weed and plant; we offer occasional garden maintenance plans. We will customize a plan based on the size and type of garden and what your budget will bear. These are generally best combined with our additional regularly scheduled landscaping services as we will be able to incorporate this service without considering additional travel time.

Weeding – Weed control in gardens and lawns is a time consuming and worrisome task for many homeowners. We’ve seen several instances where a homeowner accidentally killed early growth perennials with an herbicide thinking they were new weed growth. Leave the care of your yard and garden to us, and we will incorporate a weeding plan into your service or provide occasional on demand weeding services. We also provide weed control by clearing, installing weed block and mulching a weed prone area.

Brush Removal – Though brush removal is standard in our spring and fall clean-ups, given the changes in weather over the past few years, we have been called upon several times to perform just brush removal due to a high wind event.

Tree and Shrub Pruning – We understand the nuances of aesthetics while maintaining tree and shrub health. Don’t worry about over or under pruning – leave that to Sequoia!

Hedge and Bush Trimming – Similar to tree and shrub pruning, we also consider the level of privacy, size, growth rate as well as aesthetics. Let our professional staff provide you with beautifully maintained hedges and bushes.

Shrub Removal – Whether the shrub has died, is overgrown or simply doesn’t match to look you desire, Sequoia will remove and clean up the removal site to your specifications.

Transplanting – This is a delicate process in many cases and ought to be handled by experienced personnel. The old adage of digging a $100 hole for a $10 plant comes to mind. We will do everything to ensure the health of any transplants.

Mulching – We work with a number of local suppliers to ensure you get the mulch type you desire. We will plan how much mulch you will need to complete your mulch application, deliver and spread the mulch to your requirements.

Edging – Whether its a garden boundary, a driveway or around an island, we have the equipment and experience to provide neatly edged
